Dr. Ankur Ojha

NIFTEM Assistant Professor Dr. Ankur Ojha is an esteemed expert in food science and technology, specializing in nutraceuticals, dairy bioactives, and extrusion processes. Holding a Ph.D. from MGSU, Bikaner, and an M.Tech. from MAU, Parbhani, he is currently an Assistant Professor at NIFTEM. His previous roles include positions at Kamdhenu University and Britannia Industries. Dr. Ojha has made significant contributions to government advisory committees, including the Ministry of WCD and FSSAI, and has led major projects funded by MoFPI and the World Bank.
